In Sean Connery's latest film, Entrapment, Connery plays Robert "Mac" MacDougal, an oh-so-suave-and-clever cat burglar, embarking on one big adventure after another, all the while driving women just a little bit silly with desire. Sound familiar? You got it: Mac has more in common with James Bond than just the face.

In this case, Connery's partner in crime is Welsh actor Catherine Zeta-Jones as Gin Baker, an insurance investigator with a double life. Filmed in part at Duart Castle, Isle of Mull, Scotland, Entrapment goes around the world while Mac and Gin go in search of the greatest heist of their lives.

Like a Bond film, Entrapment is more fantasy than reality, more action than talk. It even includes the Bond-requisite action sequences mid-air, over land, and underwater. Guns, sociopathic bad guys, and at least one escape-by-parachute complete the tribute to 007 tradition.

Also in trusty Bond style, Entrapment oozes glamour. It features high-tech gadgets that make breaking into an impenetrable skyscraper a matter of elegant simplicity. Its two beautiful stars are anything but inconspicuous, although that doesn't seem to cramp their style one bit, even as they sneak around castles and high-security banks.

Catherine Zeta-Jones as the multi-talented Gin Baker in Entrapment Connery recently got his own star on the Hollywood walk of fame, cementing his own well-earned glam status. To promote the movie, he invited journalists to Scotland and gave them a tour of his old haunts. The original Bond told Entertainment Tonight that he hopes to open a film studio in Scotland, and has considered moving back there with his wife, Micheline.

Entrapment also stars Ving Rhames, Maury Chaykin, and Will Patton; Connery claims co-producer credits on the film. It is in current release this summer.
