Kenneth McAlpine, Clan Society President, Click for Larger Image Kenneth James McAlpine resides in Southern California, USA, but his Scottish roots trace back to the 1700's in Argyllshire, Scotland. As is the case for most MacAlpines today, his ancestors left their beloved Scotland to find a better life beyond the hardships of the Highland Clearances. First to the Canadian wilderness and then to the west coast of the United States, his family carried with them the proud traditions and heritage of their Scottish homeland. It is this pride and perseverance that has brought the MacAlpine Clan together today.

Kenneth James McAlpine received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California (USC.) He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and he is the Partner In-charge of Auditing and Accounting for his firm.

He is an authorized Reviewer for the AICPA's Peer Review Program, providing Quality Control Reviews to other CPA's in public practice. He serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for the Business Management Certification Program. He is a former President of USC's Iota Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the National Honor Accounting Fraternity, and has served as the Treasurer for a not-for-profit entity.
